I forgot my Master Password and Security Question Answer
Please note that we do not have access to your Master Password or your Security Question Answer. We cannot retrieve it for you. Without your Master Password and Security Question answer, your records cannot be decrypted.
If you have tried all possible passwords and are still unable to login to Keeper, you will need to contact your Keeper Administrator and have them either transfer your account to a new vault so that your do not lose any data. Or, request your Admin to delete your profile and re-invite you which will allow you to start over with a new master password and security question.
