How do I change the email address associated with my Keeper Profile?

To change your email address, please follow the below steps:

  1. Login to our Web Vault and click on 'More' > 'Settings' > 'Change Email Address'. 
  2. You will be asked to enter the verification code sent to the new email during this process.

    NOTE: After changing your email address, you need to reset or reinstall Keeper on all of your devices to enable the change. The on-screen help will provide you the platform-specific instructions. Business customers may be restricted from performing this action.
