I purchased through the App Store but Keeper is still asking me to pay?

App store purchases may take up to 24 hours to post to Keeper. If you are experiencing payment delays, please try the following: 

iOS

  1. Login to Keeper on your iPhone. 
  2. Upon login, if you see any popups, please make sure not to pay again. Choose "No, thanks" or "Later" or "Stay Unprotected". 
  3. Go to the account tab, and tap on "Already purchased Keeper?", and enter your Apple ID password to restore the purchase. 

Android

  1. Log into your Google Play account using the email that you used to make the purchase.
  2. Make sure that you're on the latest version of Keeper.
  3. Login to Keeper, upon login, the purchase should be restored.
