How do I reset my Keeper application to its original settings?

To reset your application, use the steps below for your specific platform. If possible, please login to the device that has all your data to trigger a full sync. 

iPhone / iPod / iPad 
On your home screen, tap on the 'Settings' app. This will take you to the Settings panel, where you need to scroll down until you see the Keeper icon. Tap on the Keeper icon, and then switch 'Reset Keeper' to the on position. Return to the home screen and open the Keeper application like you normally would. You will be prompted with a window asking if you are sure you want to reset Keeper. Tap 'Reset Keeper' and your reset is complete. Then you will be prompted to enter your account email. 

On your home screen, tap on the Applications Drawer button (looks like a square composed of dots). Locate the Settings icon. Some Android devices may have the Settings icon displayed on the home screen. Wherever you find it, tap on the Settings icon, and then tap on the Applications menu. Scroll down until you see the Keeper icon and tap on it. Click on the Clear Data button, and then click OK. The next time you load Keeper, it will be reset to its original settings.
