I’m having trouble sending and receiving messages via mobile app.

When encountering issues sending/receiving messages, uploading photos/videos, or connecting to KeeperChat: Make sure you’re connected to a strong network signal. If your network connection is slow, try connecting to WiFi. If you’re not having connectivity issues, make sure that you’re using the latest version of KeeperChat. If you’re still having trouble, update your device’s software and restart your device. If you have connectivity problems, your messages might not be delivered until you are online again.
