How do I reset the master password?
Account Users who have signed into Keeper after August 2015 will automatically have Account Recovery enabled. Recovery is based on your selected security question, security answer, email address and Two-Factor Authentication code (if enabled). To use Account Recovery, simply open Keeper on the Web Vault at https://keepersecurity.com/vault/, iOS app, Android app or Desktop app and click on 'Forgot Password' after an incorrect password attempt. If you have Account Recovery enabled on your account, you will be walked through a procedure to reset your master password.
For iOS users, if you are still able to login to Keeper using Touch ID for Face ID, you can reset your master password under the settings tab from within the app.
