I lost my 2FA device, how can I reset 2FA for my Keeper account?
Consumers: If you have changed phones or do not have access to your two-factor authentication device, please contact Keeper support and we will assist you in resetting your Two-Factor Authentication settings. For individual and family users, please open a consumer support ticket at support@keepersecurity.com and we will assist you.
Business Customers: Please contact the Keeper Administrator at your company. Your Keeper Admin can disable your 2FA. For Keeper Administrators, please open a business support ticket and we will assist you.
