Why are some records missing Favicons?

Some records in Keeper may be missing the Favicons (website icons) due to various reasons. Here are a few possibilities:


  1. The website may not have a favicon: Some websites may not have a specific favicon associated with them, which can result in a generic or blank icon being displayed in Keeper.
  2. Importing from other sources: If you import records from other browsers or password managers, the favicon may not be carried over during the import process.
  3. Incorrect URL: If the URL stored in the record is incorrect or incomplete, it may not be able to retrieve the favicon for that website.
