I renewed my Keeper subscription, but the app still asks me to pay. What should I do?
If you have renewed your Keeper subscription but the app still asks you to pay, there are a few steps you can take to resolve this issue:
- Make sure you have logged in to the app with the correct account that you used to purchase the subscription. Sometimes, users may accidentally create multiple accounts or use a different email address.
- Check your subscription status in the app settings. Go to the "Subscription" or "Account" section in the app and verify that your subscription is active and not expired.
- If your subscription appears active and you are still being prompted to pay, try logging out of the app and logging back in again. This can help refresh your account information and sync it with the app.
- Ensure that you have the latest version of the Keeper app installed on your device. Outdated versions of the app may not properly recognize your subscription status. Visit the app store associated with your device (Google Play Store for Android or App Store for iOS) and check for any available updates.
- If you've renewed the subscriptions from within the iOS app, please visit the account tab and tap on 'Already purchased Keeper?'. For Android users, please ensure you're logged in to the Google Play account that you used to make the purchase to ensure the purchase is synced.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, contact Keeper support team via our support page at https://keeper.io/freesupport. Remember to provide them with your account details and the steps you have already taken to troubleshoot the issue. They will be able to investigate further and help you resolve the problem.
