My phone isn't syncing to my computer, what can I do?
If your phone isn't syncing to your computer in Keeper, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
- Make sure that you are using the same Keeper account on both your phone and computer. Check that you are signed in to the correct account under the account tab.
- Ensure that both your phone and computer have an active internet connection.
- If you have recently made changes or added new records on one device, try manually syncing the devices by pulling down on the screen to refresh the data.
- Confirm that you have enabled push notifications on your phone for Keeper. This is necessary for real-time updates. You can enable push notifications in the device settings. On iOS, go to Settings > Notifications and make sure that Keeper is allowed to send notifications.
