My phone isn't syncing to my computer, what can I do?

If your phone isn't syncing to your computer in Keeper, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:


  1. Make sure that you are using the same Keeper account on both your phone and computer. Check that you are signed in to the correct account under the account tab.
  2. Ensure that both your phone and computer have an active internet connection.
  3. If you have recently made changes or added new records on one device, try manually syncing the devices by pulling down on the screen to refresh the data.
  4. Confirm that you have enabled push notifications on your phone for Keeper. This is necessary for real-time updates. You can enable push notifications in the device settings. On iOS, go to Settings > Notifications and make sure that Keeper is allowed to send notifications.
