Why does my app say "Keeper is in an invalid state and needs to be reset". How do I reset the app?
If your Keeper app is displaying the message "Keeper is in an invalid state and needs to be reset," you can follow the steps below to reset the app:
Note that app reset only deletes the local data. Once you log back in, your data will be available.
- Go to Settings app on your phone.
- Swipe down and enter Keeper in the search field on the top of your screen.
- Tap on Keeper and turn on Reset Keeper.
- Open Keeper and confirm the app reset.
- Login to Keeper using the same email and the same master password.
