I have plenty storage in my vault, but I'm not able to upload new files. The error massage says “Storage Expired. Cannot upload file attachment. Your secure file storage plan is expired”. What should I do?
Please visit the account tab to perform a full sync. Then try upload the file again. If you have Keeper on other devices, please try upload the file from there. If the issue persists, please contact our Keeper Support Team at email@example.com.
