Why can't I see the password in a record?

For consumer users, please click on the "eye" icon next to the password to reveal the actual password. On the mobile app, you can also visit the Settings tab to toggle off "Hide Passwords".

For business users, the password in a record might not be visible due to the application of the "Privacy Screen" feature. Privacy Screen is a visual deterrent that masks passwords in the user interface, restricting casual observation. It can be enabled at the user, team, role, or website domain level. However, it's important to note that the password is still stored in the user's vault and accessible via API communication and browser inspection.
