How do I purchase a gift subscription?
Keeper now offers an improved experience for gifting 1-year or 3-year plans for both Keeper Unlimited and Family Plan, making it easy to protect friends and family with a secure password manager. We have redesigned the gift purchase flow to make it easier for senders to personalize and complete the order during checkout. These are one-time, non-renewing subscriptions that can be applied to new or eligible existing Keeper accounts.

You’ll see a confirmation screen after checkout. A receipt is sent to your email. The recipient will receive their activation email.
FAQ
Can the gift be applied to a Family or Business plan?
No. It can only be applied to Personal (Unlimited or Family) plans.
What if the recipient didn’t get the email?
Confirm the correct email was entered. Have the recipient check spam/junk folders. If still missing, contact Keeper Support.
What if the recipient already has a paid plan?
Keeper will extend or upgrade the account depending on eligibility. If they're on an incompatible plan (e.g., Apple/Google Play subscription or a Business account), the sender must request a refund.
